Joe Canzano ~ an interview and his novel ~ Sex Hell

I AM PLEASED TO WELCOME AUTHOR
Joe Canzano

BIO
Joe Canzano is a writer and musician who lives in New Jersey, U.S.A. He likes loud guitars and food that screams. His wacky debut novel, “Magno Girl,” received a fair amount of love and hate—because that’s the kind of reaction his writing gets. For more information about Joe, please visit www.happyjoe.net.

BANTER – STUFF ABOUT YOU

Q: How would you describe yourself as a color? Think personality here. Are you a light and airy pastel person, or more of a deep, dark, sultry and mysterious color?
A: I don’t think anyone would call me light and airy. I’m probably a dark crimson. That feels about right.

Q: If your life were a movie would it be considered an action film, comedy, drama, romance, fantasy or a combination?
A: It would be a comedy. It would feature an action hero who really wanted to do some action – but he’d blow it and fall down the stairs and end up missing the whole adventure.

Q: Did you like school when you were a child?
A: I did okay in school from an academic standpoint, and I would guess other kids thought I liked it – but I didn’t. I was actually bored to death there every day. I daydreamed my way through most of the classes.

Q: Coffee or Tea?
A: I hate them both. Hot drinks just take too long to drink. If you see me drinking anything hot it means I have the flu.

BOOKS – ABOUT THE CRAFT

Q: When did you start writing and why?
A: I started writing for adventure. I realized the kind of adventures I wanted to experience could never really happen, so I started making them up.

Q: What is your favorite part of writing?
A: I get to decide how it ends – and I like justice and happy endings. So the hero gets to win, and the villain gets what a villain deserves.

Q: Are you a sit down and play it by ear kind of writer, or do you need a structured guideline, or maybe a little of both?
A: I put a lot of time and effort into developing a structure that I immediately abandon the second I start writing.

BOOKS - NOW LETS PROMOTE – STRUT YOUR STUFF

Q: What are you working on now? Would you like to share anything about it?
A: It’s a novel based on a character from Sex Hell. It’s a sci-fi novel, but it’s not “hard” sci-fi. It’s light and fluffy and loves to be in outer space.

Q: Do you have a new book coming out soon? Tell us about it.
A: Yeah, the book I mentioned above. It’s called “Suzy Spitfire Kills Everybody.” I’m hoping to have it out there before the end of the year.

Q: How can we find you? Do you have a web page, FaceBook page or any buy links?
A: The best place is my website, http://www.happyjoe.net. Everything you’d want to know about me (including book descriptions and complete buy links) is there. In fact, more than you’d want to know.

Here’s everything:

Q: Are you currently participating in a blog tour? If you are let’s tell everyone where you’re going to be so they can catch up with you again.
A: Yes – I’m doing a blog tour with Sage’s Blog Tours. You can see all the dates here:

Blurb for Sex Hell:
When Debbie de La Fontaine tries to spice up her love life by supernaturally tampering with her sex life, she is cursed to spend every future encounter in a magical place called “Sex Hell,” where the sex is ludicrous and amazing but the romance is scarce.

Her only chance for escape is through the stingy clues supplied by an obnoxious demon, and the only way to obtain the clues is by returning to Sex Hell again and again to have outrageous sexcapades with the man she most wants to avoid—or does she?

Sex Hell is an absurd comic fantasy about the confusion of relationships. How is love related to sex, and how is sex related to love—and do love and sex need to be related at all?

*This book contains profanity and adult situations*
