On the eve of her wedding, Korina discovers the rumors of her betrothed’s hideous looks are true. Fearing the stories of his brutality are also factual she takes drastic action. The result of which lands her in an alien dimension.
Five years later she is compelled to visit Minerva’s Mystic Museum. The ‘powers that be’ have interceded giving her the chance to change that destiny.
Korina is sent home where she discovers it is the morning of her wedding day. Determined to do the right thing, she marries Adam.
Witches are not unknown to Korina, so how will she handle the curse that has divided her husband into two men?
Adam is caring and kind. Arun is, well, a bastard! Unbeknownst to her they are two halves of the whole man she has married.
Will Adam’s ugly face and Arun’s kinky sexual desires send her running home? Or, will she stay with her husband, honoring her betrothal commitment?
Does Korina have a kinky side as well?
Maybe
she had imagined his remark as she’d entered the room. “Excuse me?” she said,
giving him the benefit of her doubt.
“You
heard me. The day is slipping away. I want to go riding this morning. I thought
you might be interested in joining me.”
“Do I
know you?” She knew she didn’t, but she needed a moment to collect herself.
Without the frown, he was so handsome her knees were weak.
“That’s
right, I forgot. You’ve never met this side of me.” He let out a sigh of
impatient frustration. “I am Arun.”
“Arun?”
“Do
not play the fool. It does not become you, Korina. Adam told you of me.”
“Where
is my husband? I’d like to speak with him.”
“Adam
is gone for the day. He will return tonight.”
The
man was frowning again, and his eyes flashed. She’d never met this man, yet he
appeared to be jealous of her husband.
“Then
I cannot go riding with you.”
She
was looking into his eyes now, Adam’s eyes.
“Adam
told you that you must obey me. I say we go riding.” He crossed his arms over
his chest.
His
stance was daring her to argue.
If
she didn’t want to go riding so badly, she would take him up on that dare. He
was the rudest man she’d ever met.
“I’d
just like to hear it from him again.”
He
rolled his eyes to the back of his head. “Whatever made me think you were
intelligent?”
“I’m
sure I have no idea,” Korina snarled.
Her
temper began to flare. This asshole had been nothing but rude and insulting
from the moment they’d met. She took a calming breath and counted to ten in an
attempt to stop herself from saying something that wasn’t at all ladylike.
