H.J. Marshall began her love of reading and writing at an early age and has always dreamed of writing a book and being a writer full time. Moving frequently while growing up has given H.J. many different perspectives of life, community, and culture, resulting in a lifelong love of food, music, and history. After years of Retail and Non-Profit Management, H.J. decided to take a leap of faith and began to write the stories bouncing around her head.
